Jorge Testa is the founder of KVERNO and works from Spain at the intersection of cyber intelligence, security architecture and European technological sovereignty. His trajectory combines technical research, operationally demanding environments and a clear conviction: Europe needs security infrastructure and platforms it can understand, operate and control on its own. Within that frame —European and Euro-Atlantic— KVERNO is built with a precise focus: design, harden and bring to production sovereign systems for environments where excessive dependency, opacity and improvisation are not acceptable.

What we are.

    Specialists, not generalists.

    Two entry doors: OpenCTI Platform Review and Rescue & Hardening for Sovereign Security Platforms. The public catalog is narrow on purpose.

    Founder-led, selective intake.

    Engagements are run by senior engineers and capped to what we can hold to standard. Limited concurrent projects, by design.

  3. 03

    We can operate what we deploy.

    In selected environments, some deployments continue in managed operations after rescue or hardening. That work feeds runbooks and reference architectures reusable on the next project.

  4. 04

    We run our own sovereign platform.

    Under the same discipline we apply to clients: infrastructure as code, centralized identity, controlled secrets, encrypted backups, runbooks and documented recovery procedures.

  5. 05

    Honest about fit.

    If your case fits a generic MSSP or a dedicated incident response team better, we'll say so. We have no commission for forcing engagements.

  6. 06

    Institutional discretion.

    We do not publish a client list. We work with public-sector bodies, banking, law firms and regulated private companies. Project specifics only under NDA.
