From start to finish.
Working with Kverno follows a defined path, from the first fit check to continuous operation. Each phase has a clear scope and a concrete outcome, and the client knows at every point what is being done and what they receive.
The three phases.
The service has three phases. The Assessment is the starting point: an audit and a report that define the island to build, its size and its configuration. The Build is the construction of the island, which ends with the recovery test before delivery. The Managed is the continuous operation once the island is running: it is kept updated and monitored, the backups are verified and recovery is tested again on a regular basis.
What goes into the island, what stays out.
The Assessment is the decision about scope. The island does not extract the client's entire corporate environment: it identifies the layers where total dependency becomes a risk, and separates them. The client keeps using Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Azure for the day-to-day. The island holds what should not depend one hundred percent on a single provider: threat intelligence, backups and continuity, critical identity, sensitive data, and the operations room when an incident hits. Every case is different; the Assessment determines which pieces apply and how they are isolated, without touching the rest of the environment.
The deliverables.
Each island is handed over with its full documentation: the operations manuals, the inventory of what was built and a written exit guarantee. That guarantee is concrete: the client can take its infrastructure away, documented and rebuildable, without depending on Kverno.
