AFTER THE FIRST EMAIL

How your case proceeds.

  1. 01

    Technical triage (24–48 h)

    An engineer reads it directly. If it fits our capacity, we reply with three concrete questions. If it doesn't fit, we say so in the first reply and, when appropriate, refer you to someone else.

  2. 02

    Scoping session (60–90 min)

    A technical call with the person who would do the work. No sales. Mutual NDA in advance if the context requires it. We close with a preliminary scope and an effort range in writing.

  3. 03

    Formal proposal (5–7 days)

    Short document: objectives, scope in and out, milestones, acceptance criteria, assigned team, and a fixed or per-sprint price. No inflated options.

  4. 04

    Kickoff

    Technical kickoff the following week. Access to environments, repositories, shared runbook. Reporting cadence agreed before kickoff.

UNDER NDA

How we operate with sensitive scope.

If case information is already sensitive before formal scope — for example, end-client identity or incident name — we sign mutual NDA before the first technical session. Kverno standard template or yours. No administrative fees, no external lawyers by default.
